Who can take these courses?
Program 034 capacity-development courses are offered through the DGB Excellence Center for eligible public-finance staff and partners across Cameroon’s regions. See Eligibility / Regions for guidance.
How do I find a course?
Use Find My Courses or Catalog on this site, or open Courses on the LMS. Filter by region or thematic area when available.
How do I sign in?
Choose Sign in to LMS. Use the account provided by your administration. Portal catalog browsing does not always require an LMS session; course player and dashboard do.
I forgot my password.
Use “Forgot password” on the LMS sign-in page. If you still cannot enter, contact your training focal point or write to info@glappy.com (interim support).
What is DGB LIVE?
Live classes are shown in your training center. The recording will be available in your course on the LMS after class.
Where are certificates?
After you complete a course in the LMS, certificates appear under your learner account (Certificates). Not all offerings issue a certificate in the demo catalog.
Which browser should I use?
Current Chrome, Edge, or Firefox. Allow media playback for LIVE. Prefer a stable connection for video.
